Subject matter experts will provide blocks of instruction on public response to an active shooting event, mass casualty homicide investigations, the Washington Navy Yard Case Study, identifying pre-event indicators of active shooters, unique insight on the impact to houses of worship and schools, media considerations, and victim assistance.
Presenters from the FBI in Baltimore and Washington, DC, FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit, the Center for Personal Protection and Safety will participate in this holistic agenda, including:
