Seminar 9/21/16: Threat Considerations to Faith Communities and the Community at Large

This one-day seminar is designed to provide the community and faith-based organizations a look at the totality of mass casualty events, commonly referred to as "active shooters."

The day will examine indicators prior to the event, the realities of the actual event, and the expectation during post-event situations.

Presentations offered by Maryland State Police, FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit program, Office of Public Affairs, Office of Victim Assistance, and the Department of Homeland Security.

This seminar is particularly designed for leadership, facilitator, administrator, and supervisory roles of schools, churches, businesses, and first responder roles while also open to interested personnel. Please forward to your worship leaders and colleagues.
